Fantastic experience here! I have a 1987 560 SL Mercedes that the local dealer did not diagnose and my car would not turn over. The Black Horse people figured it out and I am delighted. This is the ONLY place I will take my car if necessary in the future. Customer service was excellent also. I give this company and the owner an A++!!!!

I highly recommend Black Horse I have taken 2 cars to there facility and have been extremely pleased with there service and professionalism! I have a 2004 turbo Porsche and a 2020 Ferrari Portofino and have had everything from a lower end replacement to dent removal. There pricing is great and gave me a video and photo appraisal on every job. I will only use there company and will be bringing our Aston Martin DBS Superleggera next. Excellent service

EXCELLENT service, and here's why: I needed a basic service (oil change, tire rotation, etc.), was in a huge rush, and had complications with my car that other service centers couldn't address. Black House Automotive was able to address my needs in a very timely manner, and even went the extra mile to repair my cars complications. They have a comfortable lounge area with amenities, and the staff made me feel right at home. They were professional, and incredibly honest. There was never a doubt I was receiving the best service. Highly recommend!

Unbelievable service and professionalism. Brought my benz to them and they serviced it to the T. Will not go any place but here. Very honest and very well priced. Best around to be honest. The shop is so well run. Full service on luxury cars and also provide a valet if need be. If you like communication or what’s going on then this is the place. They send text, pictures and they don’t push anything. I was very much impressed. Do not look anywhere but here. They are 5 stars for a reason.
