I had my MERZ SL Serviced and they did an excellent job and my car was finished on time.

They found major issues with my car on March 7th after having it serviced at a franchise service department in December. These are some of the most honest guys you will find in business. Due to the extensive work required, the cost of repair were high. What I appreciated most was their recommendation to possibly sell the car as is prior to repairs. Because the car I ordered is a few months away and I bought this car new 10 years ago, I decided to keep it as it will be a second car to which they gave a few more years life. I highly recommend this shop even as an alternative to your franchise.

Great service and transparent. Bought my 15 Benz S550 that I originally had at a different shop. It was diagnosed wrong by the previous shop. The guys at Black Horse took their time to correctly diag the vehicle and fixed it at a lesser price. Glad to have found this shop. Would definitely recommend to all my loved ones. 5 stars

Although my day started FLAT (flat tire) it ended on a very positive note. Moe was very kind. He not only supported my tire but also took my visit a step further when seeing my check engine light on. After reading the reviews of Black Horse Automotive we decided to give them a try with our A/C. We took the car in & they checked for the problem. They found the problem, sent us the diagnosis via text & the cost of repair. We agreed & they repaired my car! We dealt with Moe who was excellent in explaining our problem! He explained the problem & even showed us through photos! BHA is a very thorough company & I would recommend them to everyone! The shop is immaculate! There is a very nice waiting area if you happen to wait for your repair to be completed! If you can’t wait they will take you home. Thank you Moe & BHA for your expert help! We will definitely return!

This company utilizes many procedures that helps one understand what they are doing along the process of helping your vehicle, with images and descriptions. Their facility had very updated machinery, which helped them achieve optimal repairs. I needed transmission leaks fixed, which was not previously noticed or mentioned by another mechanic, who focused only on the coolant leak. I could have been in and out of that shop for months, and these people only took two days (they would have put the vehicle together if I needed it in between days, but I thought it best they keep it over night). They got the job done right, thank you Black Horse Automotive crew!!!
