The team at Black Horse went above and beyond while servicing my Mercedes Went in for a air conditioning issue that ended up being a huge repair. They communicated the issue to me in terms I could follow. Their price was very fair and they helped me where they could on parts and labor. Also did an inspection to inform me what I needed done to my car,. Highly recommend this team to care for your car.

Took my 2018 S550 for a problem with my A/C , was met right away by a nice man that later i found out was the owner Ahmed . I explained what was going on and he took me right in and started working to see what the problem was . I was afraid of the outcome thinking it was a compressor or something to that nature , come to find out it was a bad hose that feeds the freon to the motor . I was surprised by how fast and efficient and most of all the honesty . He definitely earned my business as a repeat customer !

These guys are hands down the best people in town. Great customer service with great rates. Ahmed (the big boss) called me every single time while he had my car in the shop to give me details and updates. After returning the car, Ahmed called me again to ask if the car was running fine and told me to bring my car back to the shop so he can inspect it again. I have gotten things in my car fixed from other big guys such as PEP BOYS and they never treated me like these guys have. The customer of these guys WON MY HEART. Great job! Keep up the good work!

Absolutely love this place ... they are very honest With pricing, always on time, & very professional!! I would recommend this place to anyone... Ahmad was very kind & helped me find a fair price for my Mercedes C class which is very hard to come across.. they even called me a couple days after I picked my car up to make sure everything was working the way it should be. The customer service I received was 10/10.. I would recommend this to anyone especially my ladies who often get ripped off by other shops
