Great experience and attention to detail. After many years of only using BMW for my service needs, I finally broke loose of their lies and deceptions. My service needs with BMW were always half addressed or most of the time rebutted with BS excuses. The last straw was my request to check the air cabin filter, why was dirt and debris coming in? The answer was never given , just like every other time. BHA checked my vehicle with pictures to prove their findings; the filter was dirty with large particles of grass and other debris. It had never been changed! I have had the vehicle fully serviced by BHA and it feels like a new and better than it ever was BMW, how the ultimate driving machine should feel. These guys are now my true service providers for my BMW. Thank you Amad and team!

I finally took the plunge in dealing with BHA after getting a thorough inspection by their team, so glad I did. They solved the leaking problem in my engine that no one was able to fix properly, as well as fixed her when I get hit by someone. They are completely fair and very efficient.
